I’m Liesbeth, mom of four, traveler, writer and the voice behind this blog.
It all started with our family of six: exploring the world together, open minds, and a love for discovery. Sometimes close to home, sometimes on the other side of the globe. Traveling as a family opened our eyes to the beauty of different cultures, new landscapes, unfamiliar traditions and the simple joy of discovering the unknown. We follow the well-known paths and sometimes we wander a little further – off the beaten track – to find those quiet, surprising, unforgettable moments that make travel truly special.
Along the way, I realized how much I loved not just the travel itself, but also sharing the experience.

While family travel is of course still a big part of my blog, it now is a space for anyone with a curious spirit and a love for travel: families, couples, solo travelers, groups of friends or weekend adventurers. No matter how you travel, I hope you’ll find something here that speaks to you.
All my posts are based on places I’ve actually been and experiences I’ve truly had. I wrote all posts. I only use my own photos and strive for authenticity in every post. Just the true beauty of travel, as it really is.
